Nominated for a design category 688 Bauma 2013 Innovation Award, the new EH 100 demolition breaker from 1651 Wacker Neuson is said to offer extremely high demolition performance with single stroke impact energy of 100Joules combined with good power to weight ratio.

The powerful EH 100 is packed into a new ergonomically-shaped fully spring-mounted compact hood. The new hood design is said to allow the operator to precisely guide the demolition breaker while maintaining visual contact with the chisel’s tip. Wacker Neuson claims this helps make the demolition application extremely efficient. These advantages are said to be bolstered by low hand/arm vibrations (HAV) of 5.8 m/s”.

The Austrian firm’s proven hollow piston percussion system with striker rod and a wear-free asynchronous motor with brushless drive are two other features of the EH 100.

The product is said, on the one hand, to be an extremely powerful demolition breaker in a high performance class. At the same time, the EH 100 is said to be cost-efficient and easy to operate and transport.
