Serbia is setting out its plans for a massive programme of road development works. In all the country will spend €13 billion for regional transport infrastructure.
Key projects being targeted include a major upgrade of the highway connecting Belgrade with Sarajevo and a new bridge spanning the Sava River, close to Sremska Raca.
Serbia will also improve its transport connections with its neighbours. Works will be carried out on the transport connections with Hungary, Romania, Montenegro, Bosnia & Herzegovina and Macedonia.
