A highway and flyover construction works is being planned for Lodhran in Pakistan. This forms part of a wider plan to improve infrastructure worth US$2.02 billion. Approvals for four major projects, including the highway and the two flyovers, have been given by Pakistan’s Executive Committee of the National Economic Council (ECNEC).
A budget of $100.4 million will be used to upgrade the 62km stretch of the N-5 highway between Lodhran and Multan. The funding will also pay for two flyovers at Railways Crossing on the Lodhran Bypass.
