Meanwhile a new 5.1km bridge will be constructed to span the Yellow River, close to the city of Binzhou in Shandong Province. The new bridge is expected to cost close to US$422 million to build and will improve transport to and from Binzhou’s new industrial development area. It will form part of a 17km highway link from the Bohai 11th Road in Binzhou to the GaoQing ZhaoBan Road.
