Cleaner power

299 Perkins is powering up with a new line of Tier 4 Interim/Stage IIIB compliant range of industrial engines. These diesels are said to offer an increase in power and torque as well as the number of options available. These power packages comprise engine, aftertreatment, radiator, air cleaner and optional compressor, which can all be mounted on a base frame. The first commercially available package will be the 1206E, a 7litre, six cylinder engine capable of producing up to 205kW.
