The machine meets European Stage IIIB and North American Tier 4 emission requirements. Red Rhino’s 7000 also complies with low emission requirements that are increasingly demanded by inner city authorities for urban contracts.
The company said the machine’s low running costs, low fuel consumption and a large fuel tank results in longer periods between refuelling.
The 7000 features a new control system, improved scavenged air filtration, high and low speed tracking, automatic control for preheat when starting from cold, improved condition monitoring and additional safety features.
The New 7000 has full remote control for tracking, conveyor and feeder control as well as remote crusher hydraulic setting adjustment. The crusher rotation can also be reversed using the remote control.
These crusher controls enable the operator to clear blockages without leaving the comfort of the excavator cab. All controls apart from tracking, for safety reasons are duplicated on the control panel on the plant.
A dust suppression system is standard and some models can be supplied with a magnet and an inbuilt screen as optional extras.
