Controversy surrounds the contract for Colombia’s Autopistas del Caribe highway link. The 253km highway package will require US$1.37 billion.
The country’s national agency for infrastructure is ANI and says that the existing contract may be closed due to have warned that the contract for the highway might be closed due to a number of discrepancies.
