A series of road contracts have been announced that will help improve Papua New Guinea’s road network. The contracts are worth a total of US$398 million.
Key projects include improvements to the Ramu Highway in Madang. Another project will be for the extension of the North Coast Road so that it links Bogia and Awar. Another project will see an extension to the road that links Banu and Bundi so that it will also connect through to Gembogl.
The works will help develop Papua New Guinea's transport connections and develop its economy.
