The Malaysian government agency Koperasi Staff CIDB (KoCIDB) and local firm Consortium Zenith BUCG (Zenith BUCG) have signed a memorandum of understanding to undertake works on major roads and other associated infrastructure for the George Town-Butterworth tunnel in Penang, Malaysia.
