The tender process is open in China's Hebei Province for an expressway project expected to cost US$2.07 billion. The project is for the construction of the new Qugang Expressway linking the Jingtai Expressway with the port of Huanghua. The route will measure some 85.5km in length.
The build-operate-transfer concession package will be for a 43 year period. The tender is being managed by the Hebei Province Public Resources Trading Service one behalf of the Cangzhou Transportation Bureau.
