Indonesia's highway plans

The Indonesian Government has plans to build key new roads connecting West Kalimantan (Indonesia) and Sarawak (Malaysia), East Kalimantan (Indonesia) and Sabah (Malaysia), as well as roads in the south Java coast.

The 1065 Indonesian Government has plans to build key new roads connecting West Kalimantan (Indonesia) and Sarawak (Malaysia), East Kalimantan (Indonesia) and Sabah (Malaysia), as well as roads in the south Java coast. The projects are expected to cost US$650 million to complete. To finance the work the Indonesian Government is applying for loans from the 943 Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the 2417 Islamic Development Bank (IDB).
